SNAQ Care is a web portal for your practice. Once a patient connects, you can see what they log in SNAQ: each meal with the glucose curve that followed, plus activity, notes and, for US patients, insulin.
1. Log in
Go to care.snaq.io and log in with the username and password SNAQ sent you. If you don’t have a login yet or can’t get in, email support@snaq.io.
2. Invite patients
- Click Invite Patients.
- Enter the patient’s email address and pick their language.
- Send the invitation.
Patients don’t need the app yet. If they don’t have it, the email tells them how to download SNAQ. If they do, they also get a notification in the app. As soon as they agree to share, their data shows up for you.
Patients can also invite you themselves, from More, then Health Data, then Care in the app.
3. Check invitations
The Invitations column shows where each invite stands. Green means the patient accepted and their data is available.
4. Review a patient’s meals
Find the patient under Patients and click the arrow under Meals. Their meals are listed by date, each with its post-meal glucose curve and any insulin, activity and notes. Set the time range at the top.
Export data
- Excel or CSV: use the download button at the top right of the meal list. The file has meals, post-meal time in range, activity, insulin and notes. Glucose curves aren’t included.
- PDF: print the meal list, or save it as a PDF, from your browser (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P).
Patients can also email you a PDF report straight from the app. Here’s how they do it.
Common questions
How up to date is the data?
New entries appear as soon as the patient logs them, though you may need to refresh the page. Glucose readings can only be as current as the patient’s device allows, and some devices run a few hours behind.
A patient says they didn’t get the invitation
Have them check their spam folder for an email from SNAQ. If it isn’t there, double-check the address and send the invitation again.
How does a connection end?
Either the patient or your practice can stop sharing at any time. If that happened by mistake, send a new invitation. The data is visible again once the patient accepts.
What should I give patients to get started?
Send them Getting started with SNAQ and the guide for their device in Connect your glucose data. For anything else, they can email support@snaq.io.
Where can I read about data protection?
In our privacy policy and terms of service.
Steps last checked against the app in September 2026.
