you already use.

SNAQ connects to CGMs, BGMs, pump and insulin data, wearables, and health platforms, so all your nutrition and diabetes data lives in one place without copy-paste or manual syncing.

OFFICIAL PARTNERS
SUPPORTED DEVICES

The CGMs, meters, and wearables SNAQ connects to.

Grouped by category, with notes where iOS and Android support differs. Once a device is connected, it keeps sending its data to SNAQ on its own.

Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM)

SNAQ connects to Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Abbott Lingo, and Eversense through each maker's cloud, or through Apple Health, Health Connect, Glooko, or Nightscout. SNAQ never pairs with a sensor over Bluetooth itself. Readings update automatically throughout the day and appear right on your meal timeline.

Blood Glucose Meters (BGM)

No CGM? Connect an Accu-Chek, Ascensia Contour, or OneTouch meter and your fingerstick readings stay in context with your food logs. Other meters can sync through Apple Health or Health Connect.

Insulin Data

Insulin data imports from Dexcom, Glooko, Nightscout, and Sequel Twiist. Omnipod 5 users can sync through Glooko, and Loop or AndroidAPS users through Nightscout. Insulin data is shown for retrospective review, not for treatment decisions.

Health Platforms

SNAQ reads from the major health platforms, so even a device that isn't listed here can flow in. If it syncs to Apple Health or Health Connect, it very likely works with SNAQ.

Device list updated June 2026

Don't see your device? If it syncs to Apple Health or Health Connect, it most likely already works with SNAQ. Otherwise, tell us what you use. We prioritize new integrations by request.
SETUP

Set up in under 2 minutes.

Connecting a device is a one-time thing.

1

Download SNAQ

Available free on iOS 16+ and Android 10+. Create your account in 30 seconds.

2

Connect your device

In the app, go to Settings → Integrations and sign in with your device account. You only do this once.

3

See your data

Glucose readings land on the same timeline as your meal photos, so each curve comes with the meal that produced it.

Integration questions.

Can SNAQ connect to my CGM directly?
Yes. Your glucose flows into SNAQ through each maker's cloud (Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Abbott Lingo, Eversense) or through Apple Health or Google Health Connect, and readings update automatically throughout the day. SNAQ doesn't pair with the sensor over Bluetooth itself; the connection always runs through the cloud or your phone's health platform.
Does SNAQ work if I don't have a CGM?
Yes. Most of SNAQ works without any connected device: you photograph your meals, SNAQ estimates the carbs, and you can add fingerstick readings or notes for context. A CGM adds the glucose curve, but it isn't required.
Does SNAQ integrate with insulin pumps?
Yes. SNAQ imports insulin data from Dexcom, Glooko, Nightscout, and Sequel Twiist. Omnipod 5 users can sync through Glooko, and Loop or AndroidAPS users through Nightscout. Basal and bolus data appears alongside your meal logs, so you can review meals and insulin side by side.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell personal data to third parties, and your data is only shared with your care team if you explicitly opt in.
What data syncs from my CGM?
Mainly glucose readings, and in some cases also insulin. SNAQ places this data directly onto your meal timeline.
Does SNAQ work with over-the-counter CGMs like Stelo and Lingo?
Yes. Dexcom Stelo is supported, and Abbott Lingo on iOS. You don't need a prescription CGM to start seeing how your meals affect your glucose.
Does SNAQ calculate insulin doses?
No. SNAQ is built for nutrition tracking, carb counting, and education. It never calculates or recommends insulin doses. Connected pump and CGM data is shown for context only, so you and your care team can review patterns together.
My device data isn't showing up in SNAQ. What should I check?
First, confirm the manufacturer's own app is receiving data. Then check that SNAQ has the right permissions in Apple Health or Health Connect, and that the integration is active under Settings → Integrations in SNAQ. Disconnecting and reconnecting the integration resolves most sync issues. If data is still missing, contact support through the app.
