Yes. SNAQ Premium is HSA/FSA eligible for qualifying customers. You buy SNAQ Premium as usual, then our partner Flex issues a Letter of Medical Necessity following a short telehealth consultation, which you submit with your receipt to your HSA or FSA administrator for reimbursement.*

How reimbursement works

    Choose any SNAQ Premium plan and check out as usual.

  2. Check your eligibility with Flex

    Complete a brief telehealth consultation so a licensed provider can confirm whether you qualify.

  3. Get reimbursed

    Flex emails your Letter of Medical Necessity and an itemized receipt. Submit both to your HSA or FSA administrator.

What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?
A Letter of Medical Necessity is documentation from a licensed healthcare provider stating that a product helps treat or manage a specific medical condition. The IRS may require one to use HSA or FSA funds for certain purchases. Flex facilitates a telehealth consultation, typically completed within about two hours.
How do I get my Letter of Medical Necessity?
Subscribe to any SNAQ Premium plan, then check your eligibility with Flex. Complete the short telehealth consultation, and Flex emails your Letter of Medical Necessity together with an itemized receipt. Submit both to your HSA or FSA administrator to request reimbursement.
Can I get reimbursed for a renewing subscription?
HSAs generally let you request reimbursement for eligible expenses at any time. FSAs usually require the expense to fall within your plan year, so check with your administrator before your plan renews.
How long should I keep my Letter of Medical Necessity?
Keep it on file for at least three years in case your HSA or FSA account is audited by the IRS.
Is Flex available in every state?
Flex's telehealth consultations are not available in Louisiana, New Mexico, or Mississippi. Customers in other states can check their eligibility through Flex.
